The Medifast Plan of Attack By Ply Plema

Before you start the Medifast diet you might be wondering what happens when you finally decide to stop using the shakes and supplements because you have reached your goal. This is where you need a Medifast plan of attack. The plan of attack takes you off the supplements and shakes at a gradual pace to maximize the chance of keeping the weight off.
So what should be the first thing on the list for your new Medifast Plan of Attack? Exercise! You don't need to join expensive gyms or start chewing on protein bars but you should try and get a bit more active with your life. Give walking ago. Maybe buy a bike with your partner or kids and go for a nice ride every afternoon. Take up a team sport such as touch footy or tennis and have a bit of a laugh. The important thing is that you enjoy yourself so the exercise is more of a reward and something to look forward to each day.
Combine the walking with some strengthening exercises that you can complete in your own home. Have a search for exercises that don't require expensive equipment. The best exercise you can do absolutely anywhere is the humble push-up. You might struggle at first but if you make them a bit easier by putting your hands on your bed and feet on the ground you will take some pressure off your shoulders and back. The push-ups will help build strength in your back, work your abs, and tighten up your arms and chest.
Another one worth trying is the squat. The squat does wonders for your legs and as you will be aware the legs are the largest group of muscles in your body. Build these up and you will burn even more excess fat. There are a lot of different options for you to try and they will all help as part of your Medifast Plan of Attack.
If you decide to take part in the Medifast weight loss program or are trying to move onto the next step of your dieting life then really consider having a Medifast plan of attack to keep your body at a good fitness level to help ease yourself off the substitutes and shakes. You will feel much better for it!
